Toronto-born Jenny Jackson is a yogi, fitness expert, college teacher, writer, mother of 3, and lover of life. Currently residing in Barrie, ONtario, one hour north of Toronto, Jenny has made a full-time career of sharing her passion of living healthfully, mindfully and joyfully with others.
Jenny Jackson has studied multiple styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara. Over the years, Jenny has gravitated to her own unique style of teaching that is intuitive and creative while simultaneously being inspired by a deep respect of anatomical awareness and safe alignment principles.
